The American Independence Youth Leadership Conference is a not-for-profit 501(c)(19) organization and is affiliated with Region IV Military Order of the World Wars organization. The conference was founded in 2002 and is run by dedicated veterans and volunteers who are committed to helping the youth of today succeed in business and in life. This unique opportunity offers up to 45 select high school students a chance to round out their education and explore their own leadership style at a 4-day, 3-night leadership retreat in the Jamestown-Williamsburg-Yorktown area of Virginia. Our upcoming 2025 conference will mark our 24th session of this conference. Besides Virginia, we have welcomed students traveling from CA, CT, FL, IL, KY, LA, MD, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OK, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, WI to attend.
